Dandi works in the field department at Udea, making sure containers are delivered to the right places throughout the company. It’s an important job that keeps the whole process running smoothly. “I’ve learned so many new skills here,” Dandi says. “My company even helped me get my reach truck license, which opened up even more opportunities for me.”

Support that makes a difference

From day one, HOBIJ has been there to support Dandi. “They helped me with my BSN number and introduced me to every company I’ve worked with,” he explains. “I also speak with my job coach two or three times a week. If there’s ever a problem, they help me fix it quickly.”

Life in the Netherlands

For Dandi, living and working in the Netherlands has been a positive experience. “I like living here because there are so many opportunities,” he says. “It’s a safe country and a great place to work, study, and develop yourself.”
