Yard Driver

Introduction

Are you an experienced driver looking for a new challenge? Work with the newest cars at a modern, high-tech facility! Join our team and make sure every car is in the right place at the right time. 

What are you going to do?

As a Yard Driver (also called 'Hiker'), you play an important role in the daily operation. You will safely move cars across a large compound and ensure a smooth workflow between all departments. Your tasks:

• Moving cars between different areas, such as the car wash, deep-clean zone, photo studio, and storage
• Checking the fuel and battery levels of all vehicles
• Taking cars to be refueled or charged when needed
• Keeping a digital log of all vehicle movements

What are the working hours?

You will work Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:00. Occasionally, evening or weekend work may be requested. 

Who are you?

• You have a valid B driving license
• You have a lot of driving experience with different types of cars, both manual and automatic
• You are a safe driver who is careful on a busy site with many people
• You treat valuable cars with care and respect
• You can speak and understand basic English, Dutch, or German
• You are a reliable team player but can also work independently
• You have a great sense of direction and can switch between tasks efficiently

What do you get?

You will earn €15.52 gross per hour.

Where will you work?

You will work for our client, GoCarfactory, at a brand-new car remarketing center in Veghel. This large, modern facility prepares around 4,500 vehicles for their next owner. GoCarfactory takes care of the whole process. From washing and polishing to sticker removal and moving all the cars on the site.
