Production worker – finishing

Introduction

Do you enjoy hands-on work and making sure everything is just right? As a production worker - finishing, you check, sort, and process laundry, making sure it's fresh and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and teamwork keep production running smoothly. Is this the job for you? 

What are you going to do?

While the laundry may be the same, your tasks will keep things interesting. Here's what you'll do: 

  • Process laundry in the right order for delivery and/or dispatch
  • Check quality and sort items for repairs or rewashing 
  • Keep the workplace clean, following hygiene and disinfection rules 
  • Handle plastic and waste, making sure everything is disposed of properly 
  • Report any issues that could slow down production 
  • Follow instructions from your manager and team coordinator 
  • Good to know... this job requires a lot of standing and moving around
 

What are the working hours?

You will work in day shifts between 6:00 and 19:15.

What do you get?

As a production worker - finishing, you can count on good working conditions: 

  • 21 years or older? You will get an hourly gross wage of €14.06, after 6 months the salary goes up to €14.40 per hour
    20 years old? You will get an hourly gross wage of €11.25
    19 years old? You will get an hourly gross wage of €8.44
  • A full-time (36 hours) work schedule
  • 10.5% holiday allowance
  • 5.33% end-of-year bonus (according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Textile Care)
  • Shift allowance of 22.5% between 19:00 and 20:00, and 45% between 20:00 and 06:00.
  • Fresh fruit in the canteens every week
