What are you going to do?

The industrial cleaning department is where we work hard and efficiently, following safety rules. This department is responsible for cleaning the factory 24/7 so that the company can operate in a clean and hygienic environment, in accordance with all safety policies. You have a big responsibility in this department, as without a clean factory, the production lines cannot operate. The working atmosphere in the industrial cleaning department is friendly. While the work is hard, it's mixed with fun and good contact with colleagues. In the Industrial Cleaning department, you switch between different tasks to keep the work interesting.

What are the working hours?

You have rotating shifts between:

• 06:00-15:00
• 15:00-23:00
• 23:00-06:00

Who are you?

Work experience is a plus, but motivation and mentality are the most important things. Additionally:

• You don't mind working in a noisy environment; of course, we provide earplugs
• You don't mind working with water and chemicals
• Working with or around meat products is not a problem for you
• You don't mind working in a cold and wet environment
• You are fit because you stand and walk a lot during work
• You are available full-time, or at least four days a week for a longer period of time
• You speak advanced English (B2)
• You live in or want to live in the Haarlem area
• Hygiene and safety are top priorities. Therefore, you find it no problem to take off your jewelry

What do you get?

• Salary:
  
  € 13,68 per hour for 19 year and older
  € 10,62 per hour for 18 years
  
  In addition:
• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Shift allowance:
  
  131,50% Monday till Saturday (18:00 - 06:00)
  125% Saturday (06:00 - 18:00)
  190% Sunday and holidays (00:00 - 23:59)
  
  
• You will be trained for different departments (in the cleaning department).
• HOBIJ provides necessary clothing and personal protective equipment.
• There is a canteen in every building where you can buy sandwiches. Free coffee, tea, and soup are also available.
• If you don't have your own accommodation, please indicate this, and we will discuss the possibilities with HOBIJ.
