Zuzana Jansen-Bodo

Zuzana is super experienced and speaks 7 languages. She can help you in Slovakian, Polish, Dutch, English, Czech, Hungarian, and even a bit of Spanish. “I love meeting people from all over Europe. If you are motivated, I will try to find a job for you. No worries.” How she helps? Zuzana – or Zuza, for short – will explain everything about your contract, work, and housing. She will answer all your questions, big or small.

 

“The only thing I ask? Be honest in your CV. We find out everything. We are a bit like detectives.”

 

In her free time, she likes to travel, cook, and spend time with her dog Harvey.

 

Tania Hagi

Tania is based in Romania and supports candidates every day. She speaks Romanian and English and would love to learn Spanish and Greek one day. “What I like most about HOBIJ is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I felt welcome from the start.” Her tip for new candidates? “Don’t be embarrassed to ask questions. Nobody will judge you.”

 

When she’s not working, you will find her reading, writing, or going out with friends.

 

Oana Radu

Oana is also based in Romania and is the go-to person for all technical jobs within HOBIJ. “HOBIJ feels like one big family. You can always count on us.” She helps people step by step, from your first interview to your first working day. She helps with documents and explains how life in the Netherlands works.

 

Oana enjoys hiking or dancing with friends.

Magdalena Goczal

Magdalena recruits people from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. She loves working in an international environment where every day is dynamic and full of learning. She gives you clear information about your job, salary, and how to move to the Netherlands. Her message to newcomers? “Ask questions and be curious about your new life. A new job in a new country is not just a challenge, but also a chance to grow.”

 

She likes traveling around Poland and discovering new places.

 

Ewa Zelmanowicz-Schlappa

Ewa has many years of experience helping Polish workers feel at home in the Netherlands. “The best part of my job is working with people and helping them settle in.” She explains every step of the recruitment process and helps you get ready for your new life. Her advice: “Don’t worry about small setbacks. Our team is here to guide you.”

 

Ewa enjoys sports, meditation, and reading.

 

Katarzyna Kobosz

Katarzyna is from Poland and enjoys working in a friendly, international team. “Every day is a new experience. I especially love our visits to the Netherlands to meet colleagues and workers from all over Europe.” Her tip is simple. “Smile, be polite, and stay positive. A good attitude helps you build strong relationships.”

 

She has a big heart for animals, especially dogs.

 

Patrycja Romankiewicz

Patrycja loves to travel, read crime novels, and relax with a good movie. What she thinks about her job? “I love the atmosphere at HOBIJ. I learn something new every day.” Patrycja is always happy to answer all your questions. “Please ask a lot of them! Knowing what to expect will help you feel confident.”

 

She believes that preparing well helps you make the most of this opportunity.

Olena Khmeliar

Olena is from Ukraine and supports candidates from across the EU. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, and some Polish and Dutch. She’s always working to improve. “Everything feels difficult in the beginning. But things get easier, step by step!”

 

Olena is very proactive as a recruiter. She finds candidates through her network, current employees, and social media. In her free time she enjoys comedy shows and Korean dramas, but she also loves to run.

 

Gabriela Gorczyca

Gabriela helps candidates from Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Every day brings new people and stories, according to her. “Helping someone take this big step makes me proud.” She wants you to feel safe and informed. “Don’t be afraid to ask questions, even small ones. The more you know, the better you feel.

 

She enjoys baking and taking care of her houseplants.

 

Mihai Avram

Mihai is also one of our technical recruiters, and he is looking for candidates from all over Europe. He loves working with people, as there’s always something new to learn. He can help you with relocation, matches you to the right job, and will answer all your questions about working and living in the Netherlands. His advice: “Stay open to learning. You will adapt quickly.”

 

In his free time, he likes fishing and walking his German Shepherd.
