I have taken out my own health insurance. How can I stop the health insurance through HOBIJ?

Have you taken out your own health insurance? Then you no longer need ours. Logical. So send a copy of your new policy to your flex manager. He or she will enter it in the records. We will deregister you immediately and stop the periodic deductions from your salary.
