If necessary, we arrange good and safe housing (compliant with all the relevant laws and regulations) and organise transportation to and from work. We also handle all the necessary paperwork and help you fill out documents. So all you have to do is get started!

We are HOBIJ. A recruitment agency specialised in searching for and finding talented workers in the Netherlands and abroad. We match you with great employers in the production, technology, and logistics industries. We’ve been doing this since 1995.
From application to getting started.
Application.
Personal introduction.
We like to see the person behind the name, so we prefer to meet you in person. If you are still abroad, we can arrange a video call. You are also welcome at our office in Veghel.
Signing documents.
If everything looks good, we will send you the necessary documents, such as your job description, contract, and terms and conditions. You will have time to review everything before signing digitally.
Transport and housing.
If you come from abroad, you arrange your trip to the Netherlands yourself. If needed, we provide safe housing, transport to work, and help with Dutch health insurance. The cost will be deducted from your salary and shown on your payslip.
Getting started.
You start your new job with our client. Your account manager is there for questions, feedback, or support during your time with us. Good to know: your first salary is paid after your second working week, so bring some savings for the first days.
Want to get a net bonus of €100?
Are you one of our HOBIJ flex workers and you’d like to earn a nice bonus? That’s great. If you present us with a new flex worker, you receive a net bonus of €100 when this person has worked for us for 10 weeks. Of course, you are still with HOBIJ at that time as well. If you present us with two new colleagues, you receive 2 x €100, etcetera…
