What are you going to do?

At CB, it's all about books! Every day, thousands of books are collected, packed and sent to customers.

As an allround warehouse employee, you'll work in the High Bay department. This is where new books arrive before they are prepared for delivery.

Your tasks will include:

• Unpacking pallets with books.
• Sorting books into the correct containers.
• Scanning and registering books at a picking station
• Putting labels and stickers on books.
• Moving books and preparing them for other departments.
  
  You'll spend most of your day standing, walking and moving around. With different tasks to do, your work stays interesting!
  
  

What are the working hours?

• Day shift: 06:30 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:30 (until 23:30 during busy periods)
• Night shift: 22:30 – 06:00 (until 07:00 during busy periods)
  
  You need to be available for at least two of these shifts. We'll discuss which shifts suit you best.
  
  

Who are you?

You don't need years of experience. Being motivated and ready to work is what matters most! We ask that you:

• nAre available for 40 hours per week.
• Can work at least two different shifts.
• Can work on weekdays and/or Sundays.
• Speak English or Dutch.
• Enjoy working with others and doing different tasks.
• Are physically fit and comfortable standing and moving for most of your shift.

• Salary from €15.49 gross per hour, excluding extra shift payments.
• Extra pay for evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Up to €28.66 gross per hour on Sundays, including the 85% Sunday allowance.

Where will you work?

CB (Centraal Boekhuis) is one of the best-known book distribution companies in the Netherlands. From its warehouse in Culemborg, CB sends books to bookshops, stores and customers.

You'll work with colleagues from different countries in a large warehouse. Together, you'll make sure customer orders are prepared on time.
