Staffing coordinator

What are you going to do?

As an Account Coordinator, you are an extension of our client and the main point of contact for your team of temporary workers. You will mainly work at our in-house locations in Limburg. This means you know what is happening on the work floor and can respond quickly when needed. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the daily operation runs smoothly. You regularly meet with the client to discuss forecasts, targets and workforce planning. What is coming up? Do we have enough people? And where do we need to make adjustments? You are also a familiar face for our temporary workers. You make sure they have a good onboarding, answer their questions and stay in touch to see how they are doing. You know about their plans and ambitions and notice when someone needs some extra attention. You also make sure the administration around holidays, absence and employees leaving the company is up to date. This ensures that the weekly payroll can be processed correctly. And if you see something that could be done smarter or better? You take action. You discuss opportunities with the right people and help turn improvements into practice. Sitting still? Not part of this job.

What are the working hours?

You work from Monday to Friday during the day. 

Who are you?

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week and are flexible when it comes to working hours.
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• You can communicate easily in English. Speaking Dutch is a plus, but not required.
• You work at our in-house locations in Limburg and regularly from our head office in Veghel. If you live between Veghel and Venlo or between Veghel and Roermond, you are ideally located.
• You are enthusiastic, proactive and results-oriented. And convincing people? That comes naturally to you.
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus, but not required.
• You have an SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one during your first year at HOBIJ.
• You have a commercial mindset and understand what the client needs.
