Service & Maintenance Employee

What are you going to do?

As a Maintenance Employee, you are responsible for the technical maintenance of our accommodation locations. Most of these locations are in Limburg and Noord-Brabant. You will travel to these locations in a company van, which is fully equipped with all the tools you need to do your job right. You make sure that our flex workers can live in a safe and comfortable environment, that meets SNF requirements and our own quality standards.  Do you need an extra pair of hands? You can bring a colleague with you or ask one of our Welcome Officers for support. In short: this is a job where you can make a real difference. 

What are the working hours?

You work Monday to Friday in a day shift. 

Who are you?

  • You can independently carry out common maintenance tasks, such as installing, assembling and replacing equipment or materials
  • You are also comfortable doing small gardening and outdoor maintenance tasks
  • You have a good level of English, speaking Dutch is a plus 
  • You enjoy talking to colleagues and residents at our accommodation locations
  • You think in solutions and are aware of possible risks
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility 
  • You have a category B driving license 

What do you get?

As a Maintenance Employee at HOBIJ, you will earn a gross monthly salary between €2.750 and €3.400, depending on your knowledge and experience.  But wait, there’s more:
