Powder coater

Introduction

Are you a real Picasso with powder? Then Preferro is looking for you! As a powder coater, you give steel doors, stairs and other metal products the perfect colour and finish. You work carefully, notice every detail and make sure each product looks clean and professional.

What are you going to do?

As a powder coater, you are responsible for the final and most important finish of the product. You check the steel, clean it and apply the right coating. You do this carefully and precisely. Some of our tasks: 

• Checking products for damage and small mistakes
• Cleaning and degreasing steel parts
• Hanging and masking parts
• Setting up and operating the powder coating machine
• Applying the coating neatly and evenly
• Checking the colour, coverage and finish
• Finding and fixing small mistakes
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
   

What are the working hours?

The working hours are between 07:00 and 17:00.

Who are you?

• Experience is a plus, but not required
• You are motivated and enjoy working in a team
• You have an interest in metal and design
• You want to improve your skills every day
   

What do you get?

As a powder coater at Preferro, you earn a gross hourly wage of at least €17.00, depending on your experience. Your salary is paid every Friday, right on time for the weekend! And that is not all:

Where will you work?

Preferro is a metal company in Erp. The company makes special steel products, such as doors, stairs, window frames and railings. Everything is made to order for customers, so no working day is the same.
