Technical support technician / assembly

What are you going to do?

As a technical employee, you make sure the production process keeps running smoothly. You work independently, identify technical problems in time and take immediate action. You also work closely with colleagues in the production department and support them where needed.  Your main tasks: 

  • Quickly identify and solve technical failures so the production lines can continue running
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Repair installations, machines and buildings
  • Change and adjust production lines 
  • Suggest improvements to the production process 
  • Assess and solve technical issues independently 
  • Communicate clearly and focus on solutions when supporting production colleagues
  • Keep the workplace clean and safe
     
You coordinate your work with your supervisor and colleagues from different departments.

What are the working hours?

Who are you?

  • You have completed a vocational qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or have proven relevant experience
  • You have an NEN 3140 certificate as a qualified person, or you are willing to obtain one
  • You can work independently, accurately and safely
  • You have a service-oriented attitude and understand that technical problems must be solved quickly
  • You like to contribute ideas about maintenance and improvements
  • Basic English skills are required

As a technical employee / maintenance technician at TB Brown, you will earn a gross hourly wage of at least €17.41 per hour, depending on your experience. Your salary will be paid weekly on Friday. And that's not all:

Where will you work?

At TB Brown, everything is about coffee. Around 50 colleagues in Den Dungen work together to produce, blend and package instant coffee. The coffee is supplied to customers in the Netherlands and abroad. TB Brown has more than 30 years of experience and knows exactly what it is doing.
