Introduction

What are you going to do?

As a Production Employee, you will work in one of their modern production facilities. Here, you help produce high-quality car mats and interior products for well-known automotive brands.  You will learn different workstations, so your job stays varied and you continue to develop your skills. You are involved in the full production process. Your work really matters!  Your tasks include: 

  • Assembling and finishing car mats and interior parts for the automotive industry 
  • Operating tools and machines used for cutting, molding and finishing 
  • Following clear instructions, with support from experienced colleagues and supervisors
  • Working with different materials such as textiles, rubber, plastics and backing materials
No experience yet? No problem. We will teach you everything you need to know on the job. 

What are the working hours?

You work in two shifts: 

  • Morning from 06:00 - 14:00 
  • Evening from 14:30 - 23:00 (with extra allowance)

Who are you?

  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy working together in a team 
  • You are interested in working in production, experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus 
  • You like structured work processes, but you can also stay flexible when needed
  • You have good hand-eye coordination and work accurately 
  • You are motivated to learn, grow and develop yourself within a production environment 

What do you get?

As a Production Employee at Berco, you earn a gross hourly wage of €15.81. Your salary is paid weekly. And after 6 months? Your hourly wage increases by 8.33%!  But wait, there's more:
