Introduction
Are you an experienced welder looking for a stable job in the Netherlands? Join HOBIJ and start working on big projects and impressive steel constructions for the Dutch government.
What are you going to do?
Together with your team, you will weld big sound walls for the A9 highway between Badhoevedorp and Holendrecht (BaHo project). These walls help reduce traffic noise for local residents. Your main tasks:
- Welding thick carbon steel plates (up to 40mm)
- Using ISO 9606 135 - 138 FM1 / FM2 techniques
- Doing penetration welds (buttwelds) and corner welds (FW)
- Working with H-beams, U-beams, I-beams, stairs, and platforms
- Reading and following technical drawings
What are the working hours?
The working hours are from 07:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Thursday) and from 07:30 to 15:15 on Fridays.
Who are you?
- You speak and read English (B2 level)
- You can read technical drawings
- You are reliable and committed
- You have experience with tack welding (135 process)
What do you get?
A good salary between €16.69 and €18.69 per hour (depending on experience and skills). In addition:
