What are you going to do?
As an Assembly Mechanic, you will work in the Assembly department, putting together both standard machines and custom-built models. You will follow technical instructions carefully and make sure everything meets the right quality standards and deadlines. You will report to the Operational Lead Assembly Industrial. Your tasks will include:
- Following clear instructions and images to complete your work
- Doing pre-assembly and final assembly tasks
- Assembling machine parts using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Performing electrical and hydraulic assembly, gluing, and tightening parts following the HEAT method
- Moving finished products to the correct area and adding the required paperwork
- Updating your supervisor on your progress
- Testing parts and custom builds with tools like sound meters, vacuum meters, and electrical testers and reviewing the results with your supervisor
- Handling more advanced pre-assembly work
- Independently testing machines for completeness, performance, and quality after assembly
What are the working hours?
Working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00, including breaks.
Who are you?
- You have a flexible attitude
- You are - preferably - able to read technical drawings
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a mechanic (e.g. car or maintenance mechanic)
- You have strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and combustion engines
- You have basic understanding of plastics and sound insulation
What do you get?
Competitive salary of €15.47 - €19.49 gross per hour. This includes a 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
