Good to know... The job involves assembling carbon steel constructions using the MIG/MAG welding method. 

What are you going to do?

Your job will involve assembling and welding carbon steel parts using MIG/MAG welding. Here's what you'll do every day: 

  • Read technical drawings carefully
  • Assembling components precisely according to drawings
  • Tack welding parts into position
  • Finish welds accurately, according to drawings
  • Set up your welding equipment and tools
  • Make sure materials are correct and of good quality
  • Perform both standard and special welding tasks
  • Keep an eye on quality and spot any issues
  • Suggest smart improvements to the process
  • Help your colleagues improve by training and guiding them individually 

What are the working hours?

At Staalbouw Hendriks, you will work from 07:00 to 16:30, which means you'll work 8 hours per day. 

Who are you?

  • You know how to read technical drawings
  • You have at least three years of welding or fitting experience
  • You have a welding education
  • You can work independently
  • You are comfortable helping and teaching colleagues
  • You don't mind completing a practical and theoretical skills test at our Academy in Veghel 

What do you get?

  • Salary of €17.50 - € 20.00 gross per hour 

    The salary includes a 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
In addition:
  • 128.44% overtime allowance for the first 2 overtime hours each weekday
  • 146.56% overtime allowance on holidays, Saturdays, or after the first 2 hours/day
  • Work clothes and personal protective equipment will be provided
  • Housing and transportation can be provided if needed
  • There's a possibility to get a direct contract with the client
  • You'll work with high-quality welding equipment and tools
