What are you going to do?
As a planner at HOBIJ, you will be the link between our client Vetipak – in Oss and Veghel – and our temporary workers. You’ll create a foolproof schedule, whether it’s for 200 or 500 employees. Together with your colleagues from the central planning team, you ensure the right people are in the right place. You will work closely with Vetipak to align staffing needs and the daily forecast. You’ll have frequent contact with temporary workers, take their preferences into account, and ensure that everyone knows where they stand. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with other agencies to complete the planning. If a last-minute gap appears in the schedule, no stress! You know exactly how to solve it quickly. You will also arrange transportation and accommodation for HOBIJ’s temporary workers. In short, a varied and challenging job where you truly make an impact.

You are available flexibly between 07:30 and 18:00.
Who are you?
What we expect from you
- You have an MBO (+) level of work and thinking, gained through education or experience.
- Experience as a planner or in a similar role where planning tasks were part of your responsibilities.
- You are energetic, flexible, and independent. You like to take initiative and won’t be easily thrown off track.
- You can easily switch between different tasks and always know what has priority.
- You are a strong communicator and can bring others on board with your plans.
- In this international environment, you speak a good word of English.
- You are available flexibly between 07:30 and 18:00.
