Introduction

What are you going to do?
As a welder, you work with MIG / MAG on carbon steel components. These parts are already pre-cut and bent. You follow a technical drawing to weld them together in the right way. Your tasks:
- Set up your welding equipment
- Prepare, assemble, and weld parts
- Follow work instructions and technical drawings
- Check the quality and report any issues
- Help and guide less experienced colleagues
- Suggest improvements on the work floor
What are the working hours?
You work in two shifts:
- Morning: 07:00 to 16:30
- Evening: 16:15 to 23:00 with 120% shift allowance
Who are you?
- You can read technical drawings
- You have at least 3 years of experience with MIG / MAG welding
- You are precise and can work independently
- You enjoy helping other colleagues
- You are open to take a short welding test via the HOBIJ Academy
What do you get?
A good salary – paid weekly on Fridays – between € 15.96 and € 22.20 gross per hour. Including 10.5% holiday allowance. And that’s not all:
- 130% overtime allowance on weekdays and Saturdays
- 160% on public holidays, Saturdays after 14:00, and Sundays
