What are you going to do?

As a welder, you will work with carbon steel parts that have already been cut and bent. Your job is to weld these parts together professionally based on technical drawings. Sometimes, you will also work with stainless steel. You will use modern welding tables and equipment to do this. Your tasks include: 

  • Independently setting up your welding equipment
  • Preparing, assembling and welding parts
  • Checking quality and reporting any deviations
  • Guiding less experienced colleagues

What are the working hours?

At Vanderlande, you will work in 2 shifts: 

  • Morning: 07:00 to 16:30
  • Evening: 16:15 to 23:20
Evening shift? Dinner is arranged for you! 

Who are you?

  • You can read technical drawings 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience with MIG / MAG welding 
  • You are precise and can work independently 
  • You enjoy helping other colleagues 

What do you get?

As a MIG / MAG welder, you will earn between €15.96 and €22.20 gross per hour, depending on your experience. Your salary is paid weekly.  And that’s not all:

  • 8% holiday allowance 
  • 120% shift allowance, 130% overtime allowance on weekdays and weekends, and 160% on public holidays, Saturdays after 14:00 and Sundays
