What are you going to do?
Cut and bent profiles will arrive at the welding department, where you will assemble them according to technical drawings, tack weld them together, and finish the welding as per the specifications.

- Welding education
- Determines the sequence and approach by themself
- Instructs and gives guidance to less experienced workers
- Responsible for the setup of welding equipment and tools
- Preparing and compiling parts products
- Checking materials on quality and information from suppliers
- Make all common welding activities, consolidated and non-consolidated items
- Skilled in MIG/MAG, mainly carbon steel, occasionally stainless steel
- Handling activities (tasks of reading, annotation, and control of the manufacturing process)
- Ensures the right product quality
- Takes product samples
- Identifies structural problems and initiates ideas for improvement
- Trains and guides less experienced colleagues (one at a time)
What are the working hours?
At Vanderlande, the working hours are from 07:00 to 16:30, which totals to 8 hours per day.
Who are you?
- You know how to read technical drawings
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a welder/construction fitter
- You will be tested on your theoretical and practical skills in our Academy before you go to the client
What do you get?
- Salary of €15.96 - € 20.09 per hour
The salary is gross and includes a 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
- 130% overtime allowance during the week and on Saturdays
- 160% overtime allowance on holidays, Saturdays after 14:00 and Sundays
