Powder Coater

What are you going to do?

As a Powder Coater, you will work in the coating department, of course. Some of your tasks include: 

  • Preparing the coating line
  • Hanging, coating and removing parts
  • Checking the quality 
  • Reporting completed work to your supervisor
  • Occasionally helping with powder spraying

What are the working hours?

You will work in two shifts or in day shift: 

  • Morning shift: 04:45 - 13:35
  • Evening shift: 13:30 - 23:00
The day shift is from 06:30 to 17:30. 

Who are you?

  • Preferably a Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) degree in mechatronics, installation technology or assembly 
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience of proven experience in a similar position 
  • You can read technical drawings and are physically fit for hands-on work 
  • You speak English 
  • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
  • You like working independently and are eager to learn 
  • You are proactive and flexible when it comes to working hours and tasks

What do you get?

As a Powder Coater, you will earn between €14.75 and €19.47 gross per hour, depending on your experience. Your salary is paid weekly.  But that's not all. You also get: 

  • 8% holiday allowance
  • 120% shift allowance, 130% overtime allowance on weekdays and weekends, and 160% on public holidays, Saturdays after 14:00 and Sundays
  • Work clothing and other personal protective equipment
