Introduction

Step into the colorful world of Vanderlande, where every day is a coating adventure! You will prepare, hang, and remove parts with precision, all while ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way. 

What are you going to do?

In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Preparing the coating line for production
  • Hanging small parts on the coating line
  • Taking off the parts after coating
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Reporting completed work to the site manager and your line manager
  • Following safety rules
  • Possibly performing painting tasks with a powder painting pistol to reach corners that the machine cannot access

What are the working hours?

You will work in two shifts or day shift 2 shifts:

  • Morning: 04:45 - 13:35
  • Evening: 13:30 - 23:00
Dayshift: 06:30 - 17:30

Who are you?

  • You love learning and working independently
  • You are proactive and a great team player
  • You can handle physical work 
  • You are flexible with work hours and tasks 
  Your qualifications and skills:
  • Preferably a Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) degree in mechatronics, installation technology, or assembly
  • 3 years of work experience or demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • You speak English (Dutch is a plus)
  • A "Declaration of No Objection" (DNO) is required 

What do you get?

  • We offer a competitive salary of €15.96 - €17.81 gross per hour

    The salary includes a 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
In addition:
  • A steady job for 40 hours per week in day shift or 2 shifts with possible overtime according the Collective Labour Agreement
  • 120% shift allowance when working in 2 shifts
  • The first two hours: 130% allowance over your gross hourly wage
  • Above 2 hours and Saturdays: 160% over your gross hourly wage
  • Chance to get a direct contract with Vanderlande
