CNC Machining Operator

What are you going to do?

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will work in the Machining department. Here, you set up machines and make sure semi-finished products are processed with great precision. You decide how to approach the work, support less experienced colleagues and help think about how things can be improved every day. Some of your tasks include:

  • Turning and milling parts based on technical drawings
  • Programming and setting up CNC machines
  • Checking and adjusting machine settings
  • Handling the administration related to your work
  • Maintaining machines and tools
  • Solving minor malfunctions

What are the working hours?

At Vanderlande, you will work in a 2-shift system.

  • Early shift: 04:45 to 13:35
  • Late shift: 13:25 to 23:20
Working an evening shift? Vanderlande provides dinner. On Fridays, you finish at 17:40, so you can start your weekend on time.

Who are you?

  • You can read technical drawings
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator
  • You are confident working with CNC software and control systems
  • You work independently and accurately
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues

What do you get?

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will earn between €16.58 and €22.20 gross per hour, depending on your experience. Your salary is paid weekly. But that is not all. You also get:
