Introduction

What are you going to do?
As a welcome officer, you will be the first point of contact for our flex workers when issues arise at their accommodation. So what do we expect from you:
- Check in-and-out of (new) flex employees
- First point of contact when people have housing-related questions or problems
- Registration of occupied and non-occupied beds
- Monitoring housing locations based on our quality requirements
- Making sure that everyone contributes to a clean environment in the rooms and common areas in line with the schedule and house rules
What are the working hours?
It is important that you are flexible as this job does not have fixed working hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic to live and work in Limburg and surroundings
- Capable of solving matters independently
- Convincing, responsible, and has great organizational skills
- Good in English in speaking and writing, other languages are also very welcome
- In possession of a driving license B
- Willing to work full-time (40 hours) with flexibility within these working hours
What do you get?
- Salary appropriate to your experience, indication from €2.400,- gross per month based on 40 hours a week
- A monthly inconvenience tax of 10% of the gross salary to compensate for your flexibility
