What are you going to do?

As a Job Coach, you are the link between the customer and our flex workers. You’re responsible for operational account management and ensure optimal cooperation between all parties. You do this by continuously communicating with the customer and responding to their needs. You make sure the right person is in the right place, at all times. That’s what we call, pool management.    Other than that, you are the first point of contact for our international flex workers. You are present - and visible - on the workfloor and coach and guide (new) flex workers. You explain the company’s logistics process and give tours around the area. You also monitor the presence and performance of the flex workers. Does a flex worker need extra guidance? You’re already on it. This all happens at the client. For example at a food production company in Venlo, or an industrial laundry business in the Sittard/Geleen region. 

What are the working hours?

Flexibility is important as you are required to work in shifts from 05:00 - 14:00 or 08.30-17:30. Getting up early shouldn't be a problem for you. You'll be compensated for this with an inconvenience surcharge of 5%.     

Who are you?

  • You’re available 32 to 40 hours per week. Good to know: the client works in shifts, you’ll do too. 
  • You live in Limburg or are willing to relocate. You spend most of the week working in-house with our clients in Elsloo and Venlo. 
  • You don’t mind driving to our head office in Veghel at least one day per two weeks, to maintain contact with colleagues and join our outings. 
  • Having several years of relevant experience in the industry and with international flex workers is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
  • You’re flexible, can handle stress well and are independent. 
  • You speak English - useful in such an international environment - and have a driver’s license.

  • A salary within job scale 4, which runs up to € 2.884,- gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience. 
  • You’ll also receive an allowance for irregular hours of 10 percent. 
  • You’ll receive a laptop, telephone and company car, which may be used privately.
