Introduction

As a shift leader at Nedlin Hospitality, you manage the production coordinators and report to the head of production. Indirectly you supervise the operators and production employees. With your coaching style of management, you ensure that production runs efficiently and problem-free.

As a shift leader at Nedlin Hospitality, you are seen as an enthusiastic manager who likes to tackle things. The same customers every day, the same laundry and yet a different routine every day. A selection of your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the management and coaching of 40 to 50 direct and indirect employees
  • You arrange and optimize production and personnel planning and monitor the progress of the work
  • You are results-oriented and aim for goals and quality
  • You organize work meetings on the production floor
  • You think along with improvement proposals and their implementation
  • You handle customer requests in accordance with the account managers
  • Developing and realizing a production plan
 

What are the working hours?

  • We work in two shifts; from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm & from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • You have no problems with overtime. Of course, an allowance applies for this

As a shift leader at Nedlin Hospitality in Elsloo, you are a real go-getter and go-getter. You keep the washing flow going by motivating colleagues.   • You have experience as a manager in an operational environment

  • A salary that can amount to up to 3,805 euros gross per month (based on 40 hours) depending on your knowledge and experience;

  • Shift allowance of 22,5% between 19.00 and 20.00, and 45% between 20.00 - 06.00. 
  • 25 vacation days (on a full-time basis)
