What are you going to do?

As a cleaner at UDEA, you keep the workspace clean and tidy. You will use high-pressure machines and take out the trash with an EPT. Sometimes, you may be asked to clean the office as well. 

What are the working hours?

You work from 06:00 to 14:30 or from 09:00 to 16:30. 

Who are you?

We don't require a diploma and experience is also not necessary. We do find it important that:

• You are a reliable colleague who keeps his/her agreements 
• You are quality-conscious, when you're done everything is really clean
• You are motivated to keep our colleagues' work environment clean
• You are physically fit, cleaning is a physically demanding job

What do you get?

• Salary of:
  
  € 14.71 per hour for 21+ years
  € 11.77 per hour for 20 years
  € 8.83  per hour for 19 years
  € 7.36   per hour for 18 years

• A cold allowance of € 0.48 per hour
• 8% holiday allowance
• Possibility of long-term employment and receiving a contract
• We will provide clothing and shoes for the cool environment
• Allowance on salary for working during irregular times:
  
  40.00% Shift allowance from Monday to Saturday between 00:00-06:00 and Sunday to Friday between 23:00 - 00:00.
  25.00% Shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 19:00 - 23:00 and on Saturday between 15:00 - 23:00.
  50.00% Shift allowance on Sundays from 00:00 - 23:00, and on Saturdays between 23:00 - 00:00.
  100% Shift allowance on holidays.

• Good to know: you can work with a friend or someone you know. This always happens in good consultation. They may live in a different house, and work in different shifts or departments. 

Where will you work?

Udea is a wholesaler of organic foods, natural drugstore products and sustainable non-food items. In addition, Udea owns Ekoplaza, Ekoplaza Foodmarqt and the Belgian store Färm in Wallonia. Udea has grown a lot in the past few years, thanks to many acquisitions and other developments. Udea wants to set the standard in the organic world.
