What are you going to do?

As a Replenishment Shift Leader, you are the link between the team leader and the Reach/ADAPTO-Decant staff. You participate in everyday processes and ensure that the day runs as efficiently as possible with the highest possible quality for our customers. You do this by maintaining an overview of the ongoing processes with associated priorities and acting appropriately in the event of deviations. In addition, you ensure that:

• The Reach/ADAPTO-Decant employees work according to the preset instructions and provide guidance or adjustments where necessary
• You also collaborate with the foremen of the other departments
• You think about improvement proposals regarding the processes and report to the ADAPTO & Replenishment team leader

What are the working hours?

You will be working between 06:00 - 23:00 hours. Working times will be discussed during the interview.

Who are you?

• Your minimum working and thinking level is MBO level 3/4
• Flexible, accurate, and responsible are terms that are not unfamiliar to you
• You can maintain a good overview and peace during periods of hustle and bustle
• The customer's interests are always central to you
• You are inventive in your solutions and have a proactive working attitude
• You have strong communication skills
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
• You can tolerate cold well; work takes place in an environment where it is 4 degrees

What do you get?

• Salary between €15,25 and 19,70 per hour, depending on your experience.
  
  In addition:

• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Possibility of long-term employment and receiving a contract

• Allowance on salary for working during irregular times:
  
  40.00% Shift allowance from Monday to Saturday between 00:00-06:00 and Sunday to Friday 23.00 - 00.00.
  25.00% Shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 19:00 - 23:00 and Saturday 15.00 - 23.00
  50.00% Shift allowance on Sundays 00.00 - 23.00, and Saturdays between 23.00 - 00.00.
  100% Shift allowance on holidays.

Udea is a wholesaler of organic food, natural drugstore products, and sustainable non-food items. Additionally, Udea serves as the franchisor for the organic supermarket chains Ekoplaza and Marqt. It primarily focuses on the Benelux region, supplying organic specialists and the food service industry.
