Introduction

As an Assistant Production Team Leader, you'll lead a team to create top-quality products. With your guidance, the work will flow smoothly, rules will be upheld, and improvements will flourish.

What are you going to do?

Leading employees for producing the products to be manufactured, such that production runs smoothly and efficiently and that the products meet the quality requirements.

  • Planning and arranging the work together with the Team Leader
  • The subsequent independent instruction of employees regarding the method of approach
  • Supervising the work to be performed in a qualitative and quantitative sense
  • Supervision and corrective action regarding the enforcement of company rules, hygiene rules and safety regulations;
  • Putting forward proposals for improvement and supervising and/or implementing the management selected improvement processes
  • Identify, register, analyze bottlenecks and opportunities
  • Reporting and analyzing daily KPIs
Progress monitoring: monitoring the good progress of the sub-area within the sub-area production process in such a way that the products are available on time and in the right quality are. Has intensive contact with the Team Leader about this.
  • Ensuring proper guidance and training of employees in order to achieve task maturity and encourage employee development
  • Holding assessment interviews
  • Ensure effective/efficient deployment of people, in consultation with the team leader, machines and materials
  • Ensure a clean and orderly working environment
  • Carrying out other work on behalf of the client
Responsibilities:
  • Continuous improvement of the production process and means of production (efficiency, quality and well-being)
  • Accurate information processing
  • Correct use of machinery and tools
  • Comply with ARBO, HACCP, and Company standards
  • Follow work instructions and guidelines

What are the working hours?

You will be working between 06:00 and 23:00.

Who are you?

  • MBO level
  • Experience in the food and/or logistics industry is desirable
  • Good command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written)
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Exact
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in an international team
