Production Worker

Introduction

Join Alucol as a production worker, where you'll handle everything from custom clamping and quality checks to precise packaging. 

What are you going to do?

  As a production worker, you work on one of our production lines. It begins with the clamping of profiles before they are anodized. Even after anodizing, the profiles are inspected and packed by the production team. You and your team are responsible for delivering high-quality products. Since every order is different, you'll experience a lot of variety. 

• Clamping the products according to the client's demand
• Checking the quality of the products
• Packing the products after anodizing
• Performing a final check before shipping the products to the customer

What are the working hours?

You will work in 3 shifts:

• 06:00-14:30
• 14:00-22:30
• 22:00-06:30

Who are you?

• You speak English, Dutch, or German
• You are physically fit
• You are a responsible worker
• You like to work with an experienced team
• You are willing to work in three shifts

What do you get?

• A salary of € 13,68 per hour for 21+
• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Opportunities for growth as an operator
• Receive a gross bonus of €250 four times a year upon meeting company requirements
