Production employee

Introduction

Do you like working with your hands and want to start in production? Then Berco in Schijndel is looking for you. Here, you will help make sleeping and storage systems for truck brands such as DAF and Scania. 

What are you going to do?

As a production employee, you will work within one of our four production buildings, crafting high-quality bed and storage systems for customers like DAF, Scania, and Mercedes-Benz. You'll become acquainted with various workstations, enhancing your long-term employability. Your role involves close engagement throughout the production process, making you an integral part of our operations. Tasks:

• Assembling various components for truck interiors (sleeping cabins, storage containers, bottle holders, etc.)
• Utilizing tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks
• Adhering to work instructions, with the support of experienced colleagues or managers
• Executing these tasks with a range of materials including metal, plastic, wood, and fabrics.

What are the working hours?

You will work in a day shift from 07:00 to 16:20. That means your evenings are free.

• You are accurate and pay attention to detail

• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required

What do you get?

As a production employee at Berco, you will earn a gross hourly wage of €16.28. Your salary is paid weekly. And the best part? After 6 months, your salary increases by 8.33% per hour.  But wait, there's more...
