What are you going to do?

The Lidl distribution center is a massive online facility where you will work in a friendly, open atmosphere alongside your colleagues to pack online orders and prepare them for shipping to customers in France, the Netherlands, and Germany. As a packing employee, you will work in a logistics environment where you can explore your potential and operational improvements are key. After a detailed three-day training, you will be able to operate independently. Together with your colleagues, you will strive to achieve great performance and meet daily KPIs. Furthermore, you will receive permanent support from the on-site team leaders, who are dedicated to building a strong and stable team alongside you.  

What are the working hours?

You will work in 2 shifts:  06.00 - 14:15
 15.15 - 23.30

During high seasons, you may be asked to work on weekends or on rotating shifts, including evening shifts.

  • A starting salary of:

    21 years  €13,62 per hour
    20 years  €10,78 per hour
    19 years  €8,80  per hour
    18 years  €7,94 per hour

Where will you work?

Lidl Online International Logistics B.V. (LOIL) specializes in fulfilling online orders made through the LOIL website. The Lidl distribution center is responsible for receiving orders placed by customers in the Netherlands, Germany, and France through the web-shops. This includes collecting, packing, and loading products onto trucks for shipment. At Lidl LOIL, you will find a dynamic and open atmosphere that combines work and pleasure, with team leaders who always have a great smile.
