What are you going to do?
The production department is a department where they work hard and efficiently, according the safety rules. This department is responsible for receiving the meat in the factory, processing it by cutting and tumbling, and to prepare the meat for smoking in the required racks. What are the working hours?
You are available at least 4 days a week or full-time. You work in two shifts form monday to sunday:
- From 06:00 to 15:00 or
- From 15:00 to 23:00.
Who are you?
- Work experience is a plus, but motivation and mentality are the most important factors
- You don't mind working in a noisy environment; we provide earplugs
- Working with meat products is not a problem for you
- You are comfortable working in a cold environment
- You are physically fit because you will stand and walk a lot during work, and for some departments, you need to be able to lift large pieces of bacon and move heavy crates
- You are available full-time or at least 4 days a week for an extended period of time
- You have basic English, Polish or Romanian language skills
- You live or want to live in the Haarlem area
- Hygiene and safety are top priorities, so you have no problem taking off your jewelry
What do you get?
- Salary of:
€ 13,68 per hour for 19 years and older
€ 10,94 per hour for 18 year
In addition: - 10.5% holiday allowance
- Shift allowance:
131,50% from Monday to Saturday (18:00-06:00)
125% on Saturdays
190% on Sundays and holidays (00:00-23:59) - You will be scheduled to work an average of 38 hours per week and trained for different departments
- HOBIJ will provide necessary clothing and personal protective equipment
