What are you going to do?

  • Refilling and placing new stock in the correct location using the reach truck in such a way that the order picking process runs smoothly.
  • Accurately placing pallets on top of the racks.
  • Placing (at the request of collectors) of products at picking height.
  • Checking the products for best before date
  • Reporting damage and imperfections to your manager.
  • Removal of empty pallets from the warehouse to the warehouse for shipment to our Central DC in Veghel.
  • You ensure that you and your colleagues within the warehouse place products in a correct location in an efficient manner. You also refill the stock.
  • Due to the wide variety of products that must be stored at different temperatures, you will be working more than once in a cooled +5 degrees working environment.

What are the working hours?

If you are a Reachtruck driver, you will work in two shifts, with the most common shifts being:

  • 08:00-16:00
  • 16:45-00:30

Who are you?

  • You speak English at B1 level
  • You have experience as a Reachtruck driver for at least 1 year
  • You are in good physical condition
  • It is a plus if you have a driving licence
  • It is a plus if you have your own house

What do you get?

  • Salary of:

    € 14,37 per hour for 21 year and older
    € 13,10 per hour for 20 year
    € 11,83 per hour for 19 year
    € 10,59 per hour for 18 year

    In addition:
  • 10.5% holiday allowance
  • Allowances for irregular working hours varying from 25% to 100%. 
  • Depending which shift or location you work, you will receive extra allowance for cold (+ € 0,49) or freezer (+ € 1,19)
  • You will have a buddy to guide you on the work floor
  • You get stable working hours
  • You can work full-time for a longer period
  • You will receive work clothing from Sligro (shirt, jumper)
  • Sligro has well-stocked canteens where lunch is not expensive.
  • You will also receive extras such as free milk, coffee, tea, cup-a-soup, soft drinks and fresh fruit during breaks, a Christmas package & staff party.
