With us, everything starts with people. Of course, we match employers in logistics and production with motivated colleagues. Our strength also sits in everything that surrounds that match. Planning, housing, transport, onboarding and growth. We help people start a new chapter. Sometimes that chapter begins at Eindhoven Airport. With our colleague Paulo.
Paulo works as a driver within our planning team. He is often the very first face new colleagues see. “My role? Picking up new colleagues at Eindhoven Airport, bringing them safely to our headquarters, helping with their BSN appointment, and driving them to their accommodation in the country. In short, I help them on their way to a new future.”
For Paulo, his job is much more than clocking kilometres. “What gives me energy,” he says, “is the chance to meet new people and give them a bit of calm in those first days. They are often young, they arrive with big dreams, and they hope to build something beautiful here. If I can help with that, my day is a success.”
His role may look small, yet the impact is big. A strong start can be the difference between uncertainty and confidence. That is exactly what HOBIJ values.
Paulo is proud of his work. And rightly so. “In everything I do, I try to stay professional. Not only for my colleagues, but also toward public services and people outside HOBIJ. I want everyone to feel that I do my work with respect and responsibility.”
You can see that in the way he works with others. Whether it is colleagues at the office, in planning or on the road, Paulo thinks along, switches quickly, and makes sure everyone knows what to expect. “What makes me most proud,” he says, “is that people appreciate my work. That they feel I give my best. That gives me fresh motivation every day.”
What Paulo says touches the heart of what HOBIJ finds important: respect, clarity and teamwork. “For me it is essential that everyone, permanent or flexible, feels valued,” he says. “We are all part of the same whole. It is about respect, good communication and the willingness to help each other.”
That mindset fits our culture. We believe that the success of our clients begins with people who feel seen and heard. Only together do things truly start to move.
Because we combine recruitment with planning, housing, transport and guidance, organizations get capacity and quality without loose ends. And employees get certainty, rhythm and perspective. That is the difference between placing a person and building success together.
