What are you going to do?

As a Job Coach, you are the link between the customer and our flex workers. You’re responsible for operational account management and ensure optimal cooperation between all parties. You do this by continuously communicating with the customer and responding to their needs. You make sure the right person is in the right place, at all times. That’s what we call, pool management.    Other than that, you are the first point of contact for our international flex workers. You are present - and visible - on the workfloor and coach and guide (new) flex workers. You explain the company’s logistics process and give tours around the area. You also monitor the presence and performance of the flex workers. Does a flex worker need extra guidance? You’re already on it. This all happens at our clients, including a production and logistics company in Tilburg and a textile cleaning company at three locations in North Brabant.  

What are the working hours?

Who are you?

• You are available for 40 hours per week and flexible to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
• You live in the North Brabant area or are willing to relocate, possibly to a HOBIJ location nearby. You will be working primarily at the head office in Veghel and regularly visiting client locations in Eindhoven, Tilburg, and surrounding areas.
• You’re flexible, can handle stress well and are independent.
• You speak English - useful in such an international environment - and have a driver’s license.
