What are you going to do?

As a Job Coach, you are the link between the customer and our flex workers. You’re responsible for operational account management and ensure optimal cooperation between all parties. You do this by continuously communicating with the customer and responding to their needs. You make sure the right person is in the right place, at all times. That’s what we call, pool management.    Other than that, you are the first point of contact for our international flex workers. You are present - and visible - on the work floor and coach and guide (new) flex workers. You explain the company’s logistics process and give tours around the area. You also monitor the presence and performance of the flex workers. Does a flex worker need extra guidance? You’re already on it.   

What are the working hours?

Who are you?

• You’re available 32 to 40 hours per week. 
• You don’t mind working inhouse at the client and also at our head office in Veghel to maintain contact with colleagues and join our outings. 
• You’re flexible, can handle stress well and are independent. 
• You speak English - useful in such an international environment - and have a driver’s license.
